Beginning in 1998, St. Hilarion Monastery in Austin, Texas, began the Western Saints Icon Project, with just a handful of graphics of icons for the Western Saints of Orthodoxy, which often are very difficult to find. Since Pascha 2002, the Gallery has increased to 204 Western, pre-Schism, Saints. The number of icons made available in the Icon Gallery is much greater than 204, as the pages for many Saints contain a number of different icons.
Another valuable resource on this site is a list of iconographers or icon suppliers who contributed to the site, with contact information, including for the production of new icons by commission.
