Dear Friends In Christ Our Lord,
May the great peace and love of Our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ be with you always! It's freezing in the regions of Kosovo and Metohija at this hour! Many people are freezing, not just many people are freezing, but thousands of people, all because they do not have the proper shelter, or even enough wood to keep warm!
Can we imagine a child freezing? Can we imagine the elderly freezing, or can we well imagine anywone freezing from the cold winter months? How warm we are as we put fire wood in our homes, and put the heat up when the temperature drops, what a blessing we have and yet we hardly realize although we are being kept warm, others are freezing!
Hardly can anyone afford wood to keep warm in Kosovo and Metohija! One thing is for sure, Our Merciful Lord God warms these souls who are freezing with His great love, and strengthens each one that indeed our fellow brothers and sisters will help them, and those freezing pray help will arrive soon, ...very soon! All anyone can do at this time is but be patient, and wait for that love to arrive! Patience is what everyone is having, and hope that we will help them from the point of freezing to death... to death! During these holy times of the Nativity fast, and our humble preparations for new-born Child, let us indeed open up our hearts and help the Decani Monastery Relief Fund, which the fathers of the Decani Monastery will make sure that wood is provided for those who are freezing. Right at that very hour your donation is received the fathers will rush to help those who are cold, and without proper shelter. $50.00 American dollars can provide wood for the rest of the winter for a family, or for anyone who is freezing! Indeed what a blessing knowing we have helped someone to keep warm, lets help please. Let us help keep our brothers and sisters warm with our great Christian love.
Now at last so many prayers are answered, because we have opened up our hearts and helped! Now at last we have brought warmth so so many who shall not forget us in prayer. Never! Peace begins when we have love and concern for others! May our loving and merciful Lord, Who came into the world as a new-born Child to bring that light of faith and hope to all people bless you today and always!
