Visitation Information

Since it is hard to contact the skete, visiting can be difficult.  Please be sure to contact Fr. Bartholomew by email before attempting to visit.  He comes "into the world" once a week to pick up the skete's mail and check the email.

About the Monastery

St. John the Baptist Skete is under the Omophorion of the Milan Synod.  There is one monastic in residence, who lives a life of hermitic asceticism.
